The parent company ATN, provided telecommunication hardware and support systems to confinement facilities requiring high security recording systems to document voice activity and hardware usage. Initially in Florida and Georgia, we expanded into ten additional states and successfully stabilized the company to the point of becoming debt free. During this growth Net Magic was acquired as an established public internet service provider in the Florida market. After acquisition, Net Magic was launched into the Georgia market, doubled its customer base, and continued to acquire providers in both Florida and Georgia until large name cable access took over the market. To reduce overhead, ATN developed CSA as an internal call center to handle previously outsourced customer service calls.
