"All I know is that I know nothing" -SocratesI am a one stop shop for all your creative needs, working towards mastering specific skills. If I don't know how to do something, I'll quickly learn the skill or seek someone with more knowledge on the subject for guidance. Through college my desire to gain knowledge/skill was very prevalent. I began at Texas Tech studying Computer Science, transitioned to University of Houston to study Industrial Design, and finished out my studies with an Art degree and minor in Fundamentals of Business at UH. My professional career began as a remote Marketing Consultant for DAK's Market, where I continue to grow. Additionally I was hired on as Social Media manager for Acacia Energy, as well as assisting the KLAS Motorsports team with marketing, graphic design, web design, and apparel design. In my "free time" I work as an artist- painting, drawing, sewing, writing and learning new forms of creative expression. In 2020 I started a brand called RELAPS where I funnel all of these creations. I also have a huge space in my heart for animals and have become a pet sitter so that my personal dog is entertained during work hours. I like to stay busy, but also understand there needs to be a balance between work and life, and if done correctly, you'll enjoy both the same. I believe that in order to become the best professional you can be you need to integrate yourself into the world around you. I make sure to take time to explore, make connections, and take in any inspiration I can from the outside world. A creative mind needs stimulation and you won't generate new ideas from staring at the same 4 walls 24 hours a day! "The unexamined life is not worth living" -clearly I like Socrates.With that being said, I am also a lover of philosophy and psychology and a huge advocate for mental health (one of my previous apparel lines from RELAPS concentrates on this). I love speaking with people about their struggles and helping them find solutions that work best for them. With this comes the skill of personal relationships and problem solving. I am not the person who likes to be center of attention, rather the person who you come to one on one to build a more personal relationship and deeper understanding of one another so that we can work seamlessly together.
