• Ensures accurate processing of sales orders and maintenance renewal orders • Manages order modifications, obtains necessary approvals and supporting documentation.• Completes PO checklist and related sign-off• Ensures order backlog maintained to a minimum and maintain reports as to backlog status• Identifies and resolves order processing related issues• Maintains data in systems• Communicates with internal departments, sales teams and customers to complete order processing functions• Responsible for understanding and complying with all company policies and procedures• Other duties as assigned

• Processing of AP invoices and employee expense reports on a timely basis.• Matching invoices with purchases orders on the accounting system.• Ensure vendors and employees expenses are paid on a timely, accurate and appropriate basis.• Ensure invoices for payment are collated and presented with relevant backup and approval documentation from budget holders for payment.• Prepare file from accounting system for submission to bank.• Ensure AP ledger is closed on a timely basis at month end and all appropriate processes and reports are performed satisfactorily.• Manage month end accruals listing and follow up to ensure timely receipt of invoices.• Liaise with General Ledger Accountants in reconciling the AP ledger and working closely with General Ledger Accountants during month end close.
