Leading the effort to electrify the second largest school bus fleet in North America

Responsible for the performance and operations of PSEGLI's Electric Vehicle Program, supporting New York's nation-leading GHG reduction goals by increasing EV adoption on Long Island from 20K vehicles in 2021 to 178k vehicles in 2025.I animated the EV charging infrastructure on LI, partnering with developers and internal teams, by managing the program to fund customer-side infrastructure costs and execute the utility-side build-out to the charging station. I also improved system efficiency by managing our customer programs to encourage installation of residential chargers and charging during off-peak hours, and presenting data detailing EV impacts on the electric grid.

Managed a portfolio of 11 multi-year capital construction projects valued up to $60M for the electric utility. Oversaw the entire project lifecycle, from initial project approval, design, procurement, and permitting through construction completion. Manage a total budget of ~$115M.

Joined the web printing solutions company during a period of transformation. Led cross-functional teams to develop and support custom solutions that delivered $8M in annual revenue. Managed design, production, installation, and support teams, including relationships with sub-vendors and contractors.

Managed user acceptance testing for industry-leading trade processing web applications. Developed test approach, scenarios, and KPI reporting. Coordinated a globally dispersed team to deliver new software tools and depository services in compliance with regulatory changes.

Established and led the project management function for a new $320M program to develop navy submarine training simulators. Implemented performance tracking mechanisms and strategic resource plans. Ensured full alignment with complex Dept. of Defense and Dept. of Energy regulations.

Led a team of 20 engineers to develop, test, and implement systems valued at $35M for the US Army. Authored processes to meet shifting customer needs, infrastructure limitations, and compliance with complex security regulations. Delivered 12+ systems across multiple contracts on time and under budget.

Led $1.3M project to implement new technologies to increase the security of government intelligence systems. Coordinated partner resources, including Army and Marine personnel. Ensured seamless transition to the new platform and operations methods for 12 military units.

Lead field engineer, technical expert, logistician, and trainer for a military intelligence system. Performed system configuration, repair, administration, and integration in hostile environments with no on-site assistance available. Trained soldiers in operations and maintenance. Recognized by client leadership for performance, including ensuring 98%+ operational capability and no mission failures during a 6-month deployment to Iraq.

Served as chief technical expert for a unit of 750 personnel. Designed and planned implementation of secure communications systems to supporting major missions and operations in South America and the Middle East, including designing a computer network for the largest logistics hub in Iraq. Led and motivated over 150 enlisted troops and junior officers, ensuring their welfare, training, and career goals while ensuring continual mission-readiness.
