Assist in expatriate matters for MD/Director and secretarial functions.Compile monthly management and board papers.Coordinate meetings for Asia, organize business itineraries, accommodation and travel arrangements.Arrange MD's daily appointments, meetings, calendar, driver schedules arrangement, reimbursement, travel form, leaves form etc.

- Manage secretarial work- To assist MD in task scheduling, meetings, appointments, traveling, phone calls etc- Manage all incoming emails and reply accordingly - Prepare staffs payroll, payment to suppliers and sub-contractors - Assist Engineering Group in preparing costing, quotations, claims etc.- Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors in materials order and project arrangement- Key in account data base into UBS Accounting system
