Specific examples of my project work include: - Designed Missouri’s first outcomes rate card in partnership with the Missouri Children’s Trust Fund (CTF), implementing statewide outcomes-linked bonus funding for CTF-funded home visiting providers - Collaborated with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to author a series of ten issue briefs for decision makers in government to address common questions about implementing Pay for Success projects- Planned and facilitated a workshop for the New York City Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice exploring innovative ways to spend ~$450M in asset forfeiture funding to address criminal justice reform- Led development of Pennsylvania's first social impact bond, intended to reduce recidivism and increase employment for up to 2,000 adult ex-offenders. Managed day-to-day work across all workstreams and led weekly project meetings, including workshops with PA parole and corrections staff to design and incorporate new evaluation protocols

Provide market research leadership to a portfolio of national Teach For America teams and manage organization’s brand trackers to capture metrics such as awareness, intent to donate and net promoter score.

Member of the National Development team with Growth, Development and Partnerships (GDP). Led and supported multi-team strategy-based initiatives, including: - Organization-wide online giving strategy - Comprehensive volunteerism program development - Planned giving strategy & guidance

Worked in the Strategy & Operations practice in Health Care & Life Sciences, Aerospace & Defense, and Consumer Goods industries. Project work included activity baseline analysis, process mapping, business case development, project management and workshop support.
