I Have completed diploma level 3 and 5 in health and social care, have wealth of experience in challenging behaviour and autism and LD, prominently I have worked in residential settings which I do enjoy. I have worked in other avenues of care but find residential is the sector I enjoy working in the most. I have helped develop homes to meet cqc standards and believe in creating harmony among the team with team building and holding a easy approach policy. My future goals are To change careers completely and look at doing something new but at a management or semi management level .. I previously the care manager and recruitment manager at the black and white group were I have created a a dom care sector for the business which devloped from scratch I have completed various training so I can train my staff team myself so those funds can be utilised elsewhere I have successfully obtained CQC registration for the company and myself and got a good rating on my first inspection, I also tripled the company’s income within 1 year of taking over the recruitment side of the business and doubled the business portfolio I am a dedicated person who gives her all to a role and enjoys building great relationships with clients were they become dependable on my service and feel reassured that I am handling there issues
