Responsible for the aerodynamic, thermal and RADAR cross section analysis of future intake and exhaust systems. This involves leading and planning rig tests to validate both tools and designs. I am heavily involved in CFD and pre and post processing methods to improve the predictions and tools. I support the wider project team, providing aerodynamic functional input into the design.

Working as a member of the bill of materials team I communicated with engineers to ensure the parts scheduled for release that week were on target and rescheduling them if this was not the case. I worked with members of the BoM (Bill of Materials) team so that they were aware of the scheduled parts and made suitable appointments for both the engineer and the BoM coordinator.As part of an improvement I suggested I set up an automatic spreadsheet that would quickly and easily show the parts updated on a daily basis. I then used this spreadsheet to run a daily analysis of the BoM for each car model to compare part movement.I was responsible for analysing the predicted part release data and comparing it to the actual part release data to ensure targets were met and communicating to my senior engineer any reoccurring problems.Under supervision, new in house software was learnt so that new parts could be checked against criteria, entered into the system and then released to the company.

Waitress and bar staff.Giving ideas on how best to set up the new shop so that service ran smoothly.Working on the bar serving all drinks while talking to customers and helping them with their choice of tea due to the large range on offer. Knowing the product well took time, but watching a happy satisfied customer try a new tea made it worthwhile.Working the till, cleaning and tidying to make sure the cafe and bar always looked its best and presentable to customers.Other duties included being very friendly and open to customers so that they felt at home and relaxed within the bar.

Cafe waitress in a busy cafe environment.Handling money and working the till while taking orders made me work under pressure in an organised team.Basic food preparation which met the standard set out by the manager.Preparing and serving hot drinks. Using a barrister to make a range of coffees and teas.Basic cleaning duties and locking up. Supervising newer staff. A role of responsibility which involved paying a lot of attention detail.Handling orders phoned in and applying time keeping skills by arranging the orders in a manageable order to stop the kitchen being put under too much pressure.
