Strategic Planning: -Manage development, implementation, and evaluation of 2014-2015 strategic plan. -Facilitate development of new mission, vision, and direction for the organization. -Develop and monitor short, intermediate, and long-term goals, new revenue-generating initiatives, and staffing plan. Fundraising & Event Planning: -Develop and write grants for public and private funders. -Plan and execute major fundraising events including logistics, communication with keynote speakers, exhibitors, and guest registration. -Manage new fundraising initiatives including crowdfunding campaigns and sponsorship programs. -Engage, build, and steward relationships with corporate and individual donors.Program Development: -Create and execute new women's initiative including vision, mission, goals, and evaluation strategy. -Create, execute, and evaluate women's business training programs. -Build relationships with banks, individuals, corporations, and community organizations to increase our capacity as an organization.

-Coached three youth teams to create and launch projects related to health, education, and youth development. Developed and supervised workshops to advise teams on idea creation, planning, budgeting, marketing, fundraising, and venture sustainability.-Prepared students for panel presentations to community members. All three teams were successful, receiving funds for their projects with well-written project proposals and clear presentations.-Co-wrote business plan with supervisor detailing five year growth strategy for regional Youth Venture New England program, with long-term plan for scaling nationally.-Designed the first training manual for my position including regional program history, local program history, worksheet templates, best practices, and program processes. -Planned community-wide volunteer projects for National Volunteer Week: collaborated with four fellow United Way staff members to create 3 events centered around the theme of “A Healthy Community”, engaging approx. 150 volunteers and 15 organizations. -Managed partnership with local high school and youth center, including weekly meetings with teachers and staff, and follow-up regarding status of projects.

-Visited roughly 100 universities, restaurants, religious institutions and businesses throughout the city to distribute informational pamphlets and promotional materials, increasing public awareness of upcoming fall shows. -Represented the theatre at three community events, receiving over one hundred new sign-ups for monthly email schedule by managing an information station, conversing with passersby, answering questions about theatre events and history.-Corresponded frequently with businesses and community organizations to seek help with show promotion; observed that 90% of contacted businesses did display flyers advertising various shows.

-Served as first point of contact for the department by answering incoming phone calls, providing departmental information, guidance on specific courses, and special event information. -Assessed and organized data tables for insertion into three PhD dissertations; worked closely with candidates, gathering various sets of information and consolidating into graphs.-Created and maintained new filing system for Women’s Studies library, archiving all books into new computer filing system.-Managed departmental calendar of events.
