This culture change initiative increased resident engagement, employee morale, and family satisfaction. Communities experienced decreases in incident reports, resident falls, and use of antipsychotic medications. - Provided training and education to employees, family members, and health care professionals about dementia, life enrichment, and engaged, active aging.
