I have over ten years of experience in a variety of industries, including higher education, research services consulting, program evaluation, copyediting, technical writing, and curriculum development. My recent experiences have included leading research and evaluation projects with qualitative and quantitative methods across the economic development, education, and government sectors. I excel at project and budget management, along with mentoring and coaching other team members and building client relationships. In particular, I enjoy working with an open-ended, "gray" problem and coming up with a creative plan of action to follow and deliver results. I also enjoy and have experience with strategic planning and helping others think towards long-term goals and how to measure them.
