Functional Lead responsible for the evaluation, design, testing, and implementation of a cloud-based ERP and related systems to meet the global needs of 40+ businesses across multiple industries. - Onboarding and reporting build-out for newly acquired biological fertilizer R&D company based on strategies and to track key bets- Ownership of branded product dashboards, management and regional sales reporting. Lead monthly financial reviews to product line leaders and collaborate to improve dashboards- Review and analyze monthly product costing and overall financial statements. Work with leadership to prepare and benchmark against annual plan and quarterly forecasts. - Improved visibility for all R&D spending, including spearheading effort to capture costs at a project level.

- Compile and analyze financial statements for statutory and consolidated audits, - Monitor internal controls and conduct internal audits to reduce financial reporting risk- Facilitate accounting of restructures and other tax transactions, pensions, lease and capital consumed reporting. Built Access database as central repository for all agreements to enable more accurate and efficient capital consumed and year-end lease reporting- Ownership of quarterly and year-end reporting for tax, corporate, government and external audit.- Led project team across multiple capabilities to implement a paperless document retention process for AP/AR invoices and journal entry support.

Eliminated waste through transformation of intracompany working capital settlement process- Prepare tax provisions for U.S. & international entities- Minimize FX exposure through execution of foreign currency hedges- Management of internal billing system; collaborate with SG&A accountants to build out expense reporting- Analysis and reconciliation of Canadian indirect tax accruals and submission of all filings
