Having completed the Oxford University Women's leadership development program, has strengthened her ability to share insights, experiences, and lead by positively influencing others.While still racing professionally on the world stage in Europe, Rachel has begun advisory to organisations in sports technology and high performance sport providing a unique and valuable perspective.To amalgamate these skills and experience, applied science and high performance athleticism, Rachel has begun a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology to strengthen her capacity to empower individuals, teams and organisations toward their objectives.
