I help them set the right customer experience strategy to grow business. I help build capability to deliver this strategy and measure it with tangible KPIs. I talk to customers, understand how they want to be treated and how the organisation would have to adapt to deliver this. I link the customer experience plan back into employee engagement to ensure at every touch point the organisation is focusing on delivery a great experience for both employees and customers.
