TWAM collects unwanted usable tools, refurbishes them, sorts them into trade tool kits and sends them to the developing world for livelihood creation. I am coordinating all applications from Burundi. In addition, I am driving the transition from a very manual, UK-based process by developing an app with streamlined processes for local assessors in Africa to review applications and the usage of tools. The goal is to reduce the time from application to receiving tools by more than half while also doubling the number of tools delivered.

My two biggest achievements were:1.
