1. Perform analysis comparing actual with budget and rolling forecast, investigate the variances and chart action plan to improve the forecast accuracy. Identify gaps between forecasted results and targets, make recommendations to ensure financial goals are achieved.2. Cooperate with operational functions to find out the factors of variances thus communicate with management team and operational functions to close the variance gap.3. Lead and conduct the entire company Annual Financial Plan and rolling forecast, 5-year strategic plan. Proactively involve into all major operational processes to provide financial analysis support to management team decision making, process enhancement and target achievement. 5. Cooperate with business departments and provide efficient and effective solution for business improvement. Analysis in variable and fixed cost for operational functions in the action of cost reduction.6. Ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures and developing relevant procedures. Conduct annual self-testing to mitigate risk. Maintain internal control and audit plan & execution.7. Provide coaching, training and development of finance staff. 8. Conduct monthly financial closing analysis between budget/forecast and actual to improve accuracy of planning/forecasting and timely alert management. Monthly report of KPI for management team. Submit financial statement to Group by using Hyperion.9. Liaison between Corporate and Business Unit to drive collaboration. Provide ad-hoc analysis to the Corporate Controller to support business decisions.10. Solid understanding of local GAAP / IFRS rules and regulations.11. SAP project: from 0 to 1 to N. Define SAP FI/CO module based on operational & financial process. Define and maintain policies and procedures.12. Internal auditor of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001.
