- Assumed ownership of broadcast texting (SMS) program with total audience of 185,000 subscribers, including content strategy and execution
- Grew program from 600,000 SMS messages to 3,600,000 SMS messages and 1,200,000 MMS messages annually
- Create monthly content calendar balancing priorities between donor cultivation, fundraising, event-based outreach, and urgent advocacy actions, delivering content messaging from various internal teams
- For each broadcast: write content, gain approval from stakeholders, develop code for responsive text engagement, and own mail merges
- Manage contact data quality through daily updates and quarterly cleanses
