Registered Practical Nurse in the UHN Integrated Care Program Outpatient

Duties include leading the team in completing the day’s tasks such as coffee pots and machine cleaning; taking guests’ orders; regularly cleaning the front house, dining area, and the toilet; assembling and preparing food orders for guest and; restocking refrigerators, and all other restaurant items.

As safety ambassadors, we work in events such as festivals, concerts, sports games, and more others to promote a professional, outgoing and customer service oriented personality.We possess the ability to stand/walk for long periods of time, able to climb steps, respond to emergency situations ensuring the health and safety for all in attendance. On top of that, we are also responsible for checking tickets at admission gate and assisting attendees with ticket purchasing, as well for conducting tactical security trained body searches/bag searches/vehicle searches with the intention to restrict underage alcohol consumption and weapon prevention.

I started as a volunteer for this company in September 2013 then I was hired as one of the Youth Peer Leader in December 2015 until September 2016. As youth peer leaders, we possessed skills in preforming silk screening workshops for external youth agencies. Prior to printing shirts, we also design the graphics either by hand or through the computer. All of our work in this company provided service to private customers who orders customized design as well as public customers in street festivals (i.e Dundas West Fest, Spring to Parkdale, BIG on Bloor Festival) In this company, I have also helped prepare a business meeting with our partners
