• As a visiting faculty member, my responsibilities included:

• Regularly assess student progress and performance through informal conversation as well as one-on-one oral tests and written assessment.
• Design and conduct training and development for Chinese teachers of English, focusing on language improvement and the particulars of English grammar and use.

• Craft thorough, factual and engaging stories for a 200,000-circulation daily newspaper, on news and features topics that included presidential elections, immigration and its impact on the U.S. health care system.
