As remote work is becoming more and more common, computer and phone literacy has become a must. I have completed a 130 Computers and Information Technology course at Northwest, and my average word count per minute is 79 WPM. My knowledge over technology is broad when it comes to browsers, applications, programs, Microsoft Office software, Microsoft and Apple products, Paycom, Javelina, WLT, etc. I am also familiar with phones from working in a call center where we had to make transfers and conference calls, as well as use Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cliq for team meetings. My skill is not limited to just computers and phones, and in my current position I help our members troubleshoot our websites as well as how they can access information on their own devices as well as answer any insurance related inquires.I'm an innovative and analytic thinker who takes pride in teaching and assisting when able, as well as someone who enjoys learning new skills and information. I have ten years worth of customer service experience and very familiar with clerical office work, medical insurance, and payroll. My performance reviews at Cerner and Vault have listed me as a highly valued employee with my phone and documentation audits averaging a 98% rating over my years working there. I am still new to my position with Vault, but been advised I am a quick thinker, fast learner, and trusted to handle high level clients, training new hires, as well as being a seen as a leading advisor in my department.I consider myself a very hard worker, someone who is not afraid to ask questions. If I make a mistake, I will own up to it and ensure I do not repeat the same problem as I will go out of my way to find a solution. Working as a senior on a team, I have really enjoyed training new hires as well as doing refresher training with my teammates.
