Added responsibilities to Admission Ambassador role including establishing and maintaining contacts within the university, arranging meetings at the request of prospective students and planning and staffing large scale admission events.

Work directly with the University Chaplain and Director of Spiritual and Religious life on a variety of projects related to the equity, diversity and inclusion efforts of the university and the wellbeing of individual students and the wider campus community.Coordinate the annual Salem Peace Lecture, an event for the wider Salem community sponsored by the Office of Spiritual and Religious Life that brings a renowned speaker into the community to deliver an address and honors a local advocate for peace.Support other student staff in their tasks and act as an additional source of guidance or clarification when the University Chaplain is unavailable or overtaxed.

Worked closely with the Director of Student Support and Director of First Year Experience to support transfer students in their first semester. Serving primarily as a teaching fellow for the Transfer Colloquium and Peer Mentor to all transfer students.Collaborated with the Director of Student Support to develop and define the Transfer Colloquium program as well as the role of Transfer Colloquium Associate which was in its first year as a position. Helped to select and train my replacement and actively engaged in ensuring the continuation of the position.Served as a substitute teacher for weekly First-Year “CHASE” Sessions on topics such as healthy relationships, time management, etc. that are ordinarily led by First-Year Colloquium Associates.Coordinated additional support for new students studying remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic by ensuring they were able to attend all classes via Zoom, consistently inviting feedback about the remote learning experience and connecting them with remote social and extracurricular experiences.

Student admissions representative responsible for creating positive visit experiences for visiting prospective students though tours, interviews, large events and more. Ensures that students and their families are well informed and guided during their visits and acts as a contact point and resource through the rest of the application, admittance and enrollment process.

Worked with a small team to continually improve and maintain various aspects of the Oregon Drug Price Transparency Program. Specifically responsible for a data collection, interpretation and reporting project aimed at improving then usability of the DPT’s consumer reporting tool.
