Focusing on a degree in the humanities, I strive to advocate for individuals who may need assistance and approach every interaction with an open mind. Intersectionality is an important factor in my career as I truly believe we need to recognize the systemic complications many individuals face in more than one aspect of their lives. Working in customer service for nine years has given me the opportunity to develop problem solving skills, time management, organizational leadership skills, and plenty more. Every interaction I have is important and can make an impact on someone's day or life. I strive to make sure my impact is a good one!
