This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating both primary contracts and subcontracts, including: multi-million-dollar commercial contracts, complex technology contracts and licenses including SaaS agreements, employment agreements, services procurement, independent contractor agreements, restrictive covenants, and leases. Additionally, I am experienced in helping businesses productively navigate employment-related matters including hiring/firing, performance management, employee benefits, wrongful termination claims, discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour issues, workers’ compensation, unemployment, employment contracts, and statutory claims.
