Throughout my time at PLAN of Pennsylvania, I have worked in a variety of roles as I have gained more education and experience, while proving my abilities. I began my time at PLAN of PA as a part-time care manager. I took on a full-time case load and managed to create, implement, and facilitate policy, procedure, and peer supervision. Additionally, during this time, I worked as a Fee-For-Service Therapist at Northwestern Human Services provided individual and group therapy. I completed my requirements for my Licensed Clinical Social Work and passed the examination and subsequently was promoted into the full-time position of Clinical Supervisor of Care Management at PLAN of PA. I continued to serve clients, create, policy, implement procedures, and facilitate supervision, while growing the care management department. Most recently, I expanded my role to Clinical Supervisor of Care Management and Trust Services, making sure that all of the Trust clients had access to all available benefits that they were entitled to. As a Care Manager at PLAN of PA, I managed a caseload of adult and older adult clients with a variety of mental health diagnoses, autism, and ID. My role was to identify what was needed and assist individuals in accessing those resources. As a Care Management and Trust Services Supervisor, I oversaw all clients and services provided to them by our care managers. Throughout my work experience at PLAN of PA, I came to be known for adapting to challenges and new responsibilities as the agency morphed and grew, being dependable and organized, and for my compassionate care towards clients. I am relocating to Miami, FL on July 14, 2019.
