-Monitor and catalog each step of private event execution including contract agreements, banquet event orders, menu design and invoice filing.-Exhibit exemplary customer service with clients via email and phone for contract and receipt requests, event follow up emails, and general private dining inquiries.-Demonstrate the ability to prioritize office responsibilities, such as filing in both Google Drive and print, menu design and formatting, and maintaining expense reports through Excel.

-Employed marketing skills to obtain local restaurant sponsors, strategize event budgeting, and promote Spoon University through social media outlets, all resulting in the success of our campus launch party-Draw on strong communication abilities to build social media presence, generate strategic partnerships with the New Orleans community, and network with other Spoon chapters

-Responsible for compiling invite lists, drafting pitches, media & influencer targets, and event lists-Monitored and clipped both print and online press placements-Assisted in drafting press placements and potential press opportunities for various clients-Provided administrative assistance for the office that included answering phone calls, distributing mail and sending projects to clients, and additional daily office maintenance
