• Responsible for and actively manages end-to-end implementation of new health centers across the US. Leads multiple teams of 7-15 people through weekly meetings to review timelines, project milestones and assigned tasks.• Creates and maintains project plans, marketing materials and budgets for all projects including new client onboarding, new clinic builds, transitions and closures. • Acts as the front-line resource for all client interactions, questions and concerns throughout the implementation process including but not limited to eligibility, data, construction, recruiting, marketing and clinic scope of services. Travels for client kick-off meetings as well as new clinic set-ups.• Identifies project risks and potential liabilities and provides management recommendations where appropriate for the delivery of contingency plans and alternative execution methods. • Assisted with project planning for construction of the US facility in 2018 and project managed the facility expansion in 2019. • Maintained supplier relationships and negotiated pricing and lead times. Worked closely with engineers and vendors to ensure drawings and specs were accurate. • Monitored all aspects of the supply chain and made significant improvements to the inventory tracking system. Supervised the BOM for second generation product builds and acted as the liaison between Engineering, Quality and product vendors to ensure all components were received and inspected according to the project schedule.• Guided distribution of products to clinical sites in the US and in the EU.
