I am a founder, coach, speaker, Mum and a passionate advocate for gender equity.I created Squash because I found traditional DEI training was not engaging people. It can often be a tick-box exercise, involving lots of slides and statistics, telling people why DEI matters, rather than showing them. Squash use drama and storytelling to spotlight bias and bring lived experiences to life to create more empathy, understanding and awareness. In doing so, we hold up a mirror to company culture to spark meaningful conversations around DEI.We run tailored in-person and online workshops, from leadership discussions to company-wide webinars.
