I am responsible for registering students for Health Professions Programs. Background check student who are interested in registering for the C.N.A program. I assist with day to day operations around the office such as ordering supplies, making copies, reserving rooms for instructors. I manage many databases and spreadsheets for programs. Assist with phone calls from prospective students and parents regarding information on our programs. Schedule massage clinical appointments for our students. Mail out selective admissions letters, program information and fieldwork information for various programs. Maintain department webpage to keep information current.

I am responsible for the organization of the office by making sure that the office is prepared for faculty each morning. I assist faculty with projects, while answering the phones. I assist with running background check and finger printing each CNA student at the beginning of each semester while maintaining my regular office duties.

Assist with making copies, answering phones, organizing supplies. Monitor monthly printing cost. Assist with fall open house. Create program packets for potential students.
