Throughout the life of my career, I have been fortunate enough to experience a variety of positions. With this, I have learned great flexibility and a multitude of skills. No matter the role given, I am fast to learn, and adapt quickly to any environment. I believe communication is extremely important in every aspect of life. I also believe we were given two ears and one mouth for a reason, to listen twice as much as we speak. With that being said, I enjoy life, and whatever adventures it brings my way.

My specialty is in Accounts Payable, however, I lended a large hand in many other roles throughout the office. While working in a small office you have to be there to help in other departments and serve as a back-up at all times. I am well versed in Payroll preparation and completion. I also answer customer complaint calls, and take care of Customer Service issues, and lend a hand in some HR duties. I am always asked to over look and proof work of others in the office due to my keen eye for detail. With the growth of the company, I was always involved heavily in vendor selection and transfer of ownership for new locations obtained. I worked closely with vendors and municipalities in order to ensure accounts are current and all licenses are on file. The main skill that aids in my ability to perform my job well is my organizational skills. Accounts Payable SpecialistRobin Aire Heating & Cooling Inc. May 2013 - Aug 2013Wixom, MiI began working with Robin Aire Heating and Cooling with little experience in Accounts Payable. I was however very versed in data entry and had excellent organizational skills, which was why I was given the position. I learned very quickly what Accounts Payable entailed, and soon mastered the position. When hired in, the first task I took on was to organize and come up with my own personalized method for Accounts Payable. I spent a lot of time going through previous years of Accounts Payable for the company and filing away dated invoices which I verified were paid. I also spent time working in the system to clear out old balances due and to bring all accounts up to date. I was able to finally reconcile Accounts Payable after weeks of tedious work. I was finally organized and had a place for everything and knew every open invoice that needed to be paid and the process to complete the task.I soon developed my own folder system for paying invoices on time and was able to remain organized so no invoice was missed. After matching shipping paperwork with invoices received, to ensure all product was sent, I would then enter and file the invoices into specific weekly folders for processing. This system proved to be very successful in Accounts Payable.I got my start in Accounts Payable with Robin Aire Heating and Cooling and found that I really enjoyed the work. I learned a lot and was able to take on a huge project, make it my own and perfect it to ensure my job responsibilities were met to the fullest extent. -
Avp Branch OperationsMetro-West Appraisal Co., Llc Apr 2012 - Nov 2012While working with Metro-West Appraisal I learned to be a true leader. My position oversaw a large amount of appraisers in various states across the United States. I managed workflow and ensured reports met deadlines that were set by clients. I coached appraisers who were having troubles with workflow and prioritizing. I was able to get many of them organized so they were able to complete projects on time and did not feel overwhelmed. I also was able to award and also discipline appraisers according to their working habits. As a leader, I made it my goal to actively be involved in the operations of the appraisers, and to make sure they knew I was there to aid and coach them as a team. I attended many management meetings and worked as a team to make sure the company was running smooth. That ensured everyone was on the same page, going toward the same goals as a company. After working for Metro-West for a while I was soon assigned a second position of quoting many appraisal projects. Many of them were complex properties with sudden deadlines. To guarantee my quote was accurate, I was responsible for looking each property up and analyzing the location, area surrounding, and the details of the property itself before giving a price quote. Unfortunately the company relocated to the Detroit area which was too far of a commute for me. I had to regretfully resign. -
Customer Order ProcessorFronius International Gmbh Oct 2011 - Apr 2012During my time with Fronius I learned an enormous amount in regards to manufacturing and processing of customer orders. I was the main source for customers to obtain product and equipment from Fronius. I handled all calls in regards to client orders and answered questions about deadlines and status of projects. Clients would request product and I would then process and manage the project until all equipment was shipped and completed. I became experienced in entering complex orders, sending order acknowledgements and tracking production of the equipment. Once the package was complete I would then coordinate the shipping and handling and worked very closely with the logistics team to get the product to my client as quickly as possible. Fronius is an internationally based company, therefore I had to adapt to working with language barriers and systems that were more complex. That being said, I did also get to meet some great people from Austria who worked in the office. It was a great experience learning a different culture while working with Fronius. At the end of each month it was routine to follow up on all outstanding customer order projects. I was responsible for checking stock and inventory on a daily basis to see if materials were in to complete customer orders. I would also check with assemblers and ensure the products were being assembled and tested to meet the deadline. While working with Fronius, many large projects came into the order processing office. I found myself working hard as a team to get these large orders completed and shipped out to many prestigious clients. Working as a team at Fronius, I was also responsible for aiding with the front desk operations when needed, and answering phone calls as back up assistance. Overall, my time with Fronius was a great learning experience, and I obtained many skills while employed. The company did relocate to another state which meant I had to regretfully resign. -
Service Desk Associate/ Appliance SpecialistThe Home Depot Mar 2007 - Oct 2011Fenton, MiWorking with the Home Depot provided many opportunities. While there, my main role was a Service Desk Associate, where I learned first and foremost Customer Service. Some of my responsibilities as a Service Desk Associate were to produce daily, weekly, and monthly store reports to ensure smooth operation and for audit purposes. Each phone call coming in to the Home Depot came to my desk, to which I would route to the appropriate department. I also aided in scheduling, and supervisory reports. Home Depot provided the ability to learn other departments through out the store. I gained knowledge of the garden department, learned to mix paint, re-key locks, along with other miscellaneous tasks. I was always scheduled during sign resets, mainly for my ability to produce well written signs, and ability to follow marketing instructions.During my time at Home Depot, I was also an Appliance Specialist, where I aided many customers in deciding on large purchases, and ensured every question was answered, and they were getting what they wanted.
