Rachel is an experienced business executive, consultant, entrepreneur, and advocate. She co-founded a legal services business, which grew to one of the leading providers in the country before transitioning to private equity. She served as COO and VP of Consulting for the legal industry’s largest settlement administration providers, and in doing so handled many high-profile, complex litigation programs related to environmental toxic exposures, pharmaceuticals, and medical device implantations. Prior to that, Rachel was a class action attorney and is licensed to practice law in Minnesota where she earned her J.D. and B.A., with honors.Rachel also works to educate and empower communities to take charge of their health through the power of real food and clean environment. After having spent decades professionally and personally uncovering the damaging effects of environmental, product, and food toxins, Rachel trained with some of the world’s leading experts in nutrition, sustainability, and regenerative agriculture to heal her family and advocate for healthy communities.
