- Lead Common Spend category strategy implementation in 16 countries in APAC- Identify country situation and opportunity to adapt global category strategy, or to set up country category strategy- Accountable for regional saving objectives of 18.9ME - Strengthen the Asia regional organization and networks proposing and reaching the right sizing on responsible perimeter and associated people development plan- develop business partnering with the regional and local key stakeholders within all Sanofi’s businesses

- Indirect Purchasing Process & Policy Management• Centralise indirect spend purchase activities in China• Enforce purchasing policy- Working with Marcom & Sales Team, to source and manage marketing services, covering following category:• BTL creative (creative for local campaigns)• on-line/digital service (websites, localization)• Marketing events (new product launch, sales day)• Sales/Channel events (seminar, workshops)• 2D POSM production• Motion Graphics production• Market researc
