-Implement placement development and guide a treatment plan consistent with permanency plan of case record.-Establish and maintain regular contact and therapeutic intervention with all parties ensuring diligent efforts toward the identified service plan.-Ensure accurate, timely, comprehensive recording and filing of all components of the case record.-Coordinate and oversee visitation schedule, review the rules and expectations for visitation with all visiting resources and providing them with written documentation of the expectations.-Schedule and supervise visits of non-custodial parents with their children.-Teach, review and monitor appropriate parenting skills and intervene with the parent(s) to reinforce positive parenting skill development, including crisis management as appropriate.-Responsible for ensuring client safety under mandated reporter standards.-Effectively screen prospective foster parent candidates for appropriateness.-Assist with conducting Home Studies and re-certifications of foster families, as needed and participate in MAPP training, as needed.-Provide all treatment planning and ensure compliant case documentation and reports in CON and 10E11 (i.e. documentation of client contacts, progress notes, treatment plans; ICMP’s, FASP’s, court reports, medical documentation, etc.)-Attend court proceedings for clients in addition to working along with court officials and attorneys. -Provided various paperwork assistance to adoptive families as required.-Maintained and updated all adoption records for children and families.
