I am a recently graduated Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs student from the University of British Columbia, special focus on security and equity in the Asia Pacific. My current work is in violence and crime risk reduction, and tracking/storing information regarding human rights violations.I am passionate about highlighting the social elements of mainstream domestic and foreign policy focus areas like sustainability, AI and technology, and economy. Understanding how these policies impact minority and at-risk populations helps fill existing knowledge gaps and leads to better, more holistic, human-centric decision making.I am also a graduate of Queen’s University with a BaH in History and a minor in World Languages (Mandarin), graduation with distinction, focused on the history of modern China, Korea, and intersections of sustainability and gender.Please feel free to reach out at any time.
