Tribune Tower Adaptive Reuse-Managed the finish trades (framing, drywall, paint, flooring, rough and finish carpentry, wood trim, custom millwork) for the Adaptive Reuse of the Tribune Tower from the beginning pre-construction phase to construction. -Managed potential change items and change orders throughout the construction process.-Coordinated between interior designer and subcontractors to finalize difficult design aspects.-Created self-perform estimates and reviewed self-perform demo/concrete change orders.

My responsibilities in this childcare included watching over children ranging from preschoolers to eighth graders. I had a leadership role and needed to make sure the children had proper care and were behaving to the school rules. I kept the children occupied with crafts, games, and books. This job allowed me to learn how to become a leader and it was very rewarding.
