Responsibilities include: promoting global site network and patient recruitment services to Sponsors and CROs, achieving assigned revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis, and identifying, qualifying and converting new business opportunities across global site locations; implementation of business strategies by developing tactical business plans to support sales growth and key account management strategies to ensure sales and profit growth potential; coordination of efforts within the sites in a team environment in reviewing protocols, goals and objectives, and assisting Region Managers/Site Directors in achieving their patient enrollment goals.

Responsible for the lead generation and study placement of phase II - IV studies at our 75 research sites. Developing and nurturing relationships of trust with key players at both CROs and pharma companies.
