Responsibilities:- Conducting research to support the review and development of policy for medical education and training across the UK. - Supporting the management of a long-term work programme focussed on the reform of medical education. - Leading the ED&I work on the education reform programme, a key corporate priority. - Responding to external enquiries in line with the service level agreement. - I am also an active member of the Policy Representative Group which supports policy development, policy professionalism, and networking for policy professionals across the organisation. As part of this I support the organisation of cross-organisation events and coordinate the quarterly policy profession newsletter. Skills and competencies:- Research, including thematic analysis- Project management, including use of MSPO, highlight reporting and knowledge of governance structures and processes - Equality impact assessment- Stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities:- Undertaking the assessment and validation of digital health technologies to ensure they meet the required standards of safety, efficacy, and accessibility for recommendation to patients and healthcare professionals. - Consulting and advising digital health suppliers on how to reach compliance with regulatory requirements in a range of jurisdictions.- Developing new guidelines and standards for the quality assurance of digital health technologies across a range of jurisdictions.- Training new employee cohorts.Skills and competencies:- Understanding of regulatory requirements across a range of jurisdictions e.g. Medical Device Regulations, GDPR, Clinical Safety Standards, HIPAA- Customer service- Account management- Project management- Consultancy - Development of standards and guidelines- Research
