Responsible for the optimal, efficient and cost effective management of all facilities and assets associated with the buildig and operations (as well as remote sites), including presentation, cleanliness, security, maintenance, HSE and sustainability. Working closing with the ANZ and Global Facilities Leads to deliver all Macquarie Bank project requirements as required.

As Assistant Director, Property and Facilities I am responsible for the management of Commission tenancies across multiple buildings. From the initial set up through to decommissioning, I have led all facilities and accommodation aspects over the last four years and delivering timely solutions in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. I negotiate multi million dollar leases, which require written briefs seeking spending approval, project managing fitouts and implementing cost saving initiatives within the Government framework. I effectively lead a team and manage the front and back of house facilities including coordinating various contractors and providing logistical support to public hearings.

As Facilities Manager at King & Wood Mallesons (KWM), a multinational law firm, I successfully managed and delivered a Sydney relocation project involving design, construction and relocation of 1000 staff across 10 floors. I also proficiently managed an international fit out project for KWM’s Hong Kong office, refurbishments in the Brisbane and Perth offices and the subsequent relocation of staff. I led the facilities teams in Sydney and Brisbane and ensured all premises and general business services (ie document production, mail and courier, records management, 24x7 switchboard, work environment and management of contractors) were run in an effective, efficient and professional manner whilst meeting the demands and priorities of the business.
