I currently work in a fast-paced financial department within a transport facilitation company. Dealing initially with the processing of our supplier invoices, I eventually got promoted to a Billing Officer post. As a Billing Officer my primary role is to ensure that client invoices are created in an appropriate and timely manner using Microsoft Excel. Dealing with the receipt and distribution of Purchase Order numbers and client queries. Part of my position also requires me to train/mentor more junior members of the department.
