First and Second Grade English Language Arts and Social Studies• Created and taught English Language Arts curriculum focusing on phonic, writing and reading comprehension. With a focus on books and topics that brought in the role of women and people of color into the classroom.• Created and taught Social Studies curriculum that explored geography concepts, the branches of the US government, founding of the Georgia colony, and introduced basic economic concepts.Fifth and Sixth Grade Social Studies• Created and taught problem based curriculum from the lens of indigenous communities around the world, explored the role of economics from the Great Depression through the Cold War and discussed the role of media and propaganda throughout history.

• Maintained and established media relations with key national journalists and media outlets.• Research, write, edit, and submit articles to national news outlets for publication.• Managed, developed trainings, and trained a nationwide network of Public Information Officers.• Developed social media and website content strategies to increase engagement.• Responded to general inquiries and requests for information about Baha'i public affairspolicies and activities.

• Coordinated, planned and publicized nationwide events and street murals, along with Maziar Bahari’s international campaign team, in support of the right to higher education in Iran.• Developed relationships with celebrities to coordinate their involvement in the Not A Crime campaign.• Developed materials for teachers exploring art as a tool to promote social justice.• Led multiple educational presentations for students, ranging from elementary to high school, to discuss the Not A Crime campaign and explored themes of social justice using the arts.• Scripted and created a promotional video by Mark Ruffalo, receiving over 100,000 views in 24 hours.
