We incorporate live music, movement and mindfulness while supporting curriculum goals. I am a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Yoga Alliance certified teacher (E-RYT500, RPYT, RCYT) specializing in hatha, vinyasa, prenatal, postpartum, yoga nidra and trauma-informed practices. Dan and Rachel play loud dance music, soft folk songs, and everything in between. Since 2009 they have toured over 20 countries, playing internationally acclaimed venues including Webster Hall (NYC), El Lokal (ZURICH) and the Reeperbahn Festival (HAMBURG). While they have recorded together for five years, their new record, "Damn Monsters!", is their first full album collaboration. Recorded in an old church in Brooklyn, “Damn Monsters” is a louder, synth-laden extension of their original antifolk artrock music.
