• Facilitated correspondence between the Artistic Office and over 100 Company Members, Designers, Guest Artists, and the USA 829 Union and Actor's Equity Association. • Managed contract creation and distribution, weekly payments of company members, oversaw the General Manager's calendar, took minutes in weekly Core Staff meetings for the Producing Artistic Director, General Manager, Production Managers, and Arts Marketing Specialist.• Served as a backup Assistant House Manager for Bratton Theater, wherein I assisted in the prompt arrival and seating of over 200 patrons.

- Instructed over 40 students through foundational courses in Intro to Acting Theory, Scene Study, and Audition Skills and held individual progress report sessions to create collaboratively tailored plans for their future goals. For each course, I effectively created a course schedule, taught all seminars, and completed grading for class sizes of 8-16 students each.- Served as the Assistant to the Co-Heads of Acting, facilitating communication between faculty and prospective students and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for newcomers. I also planned and executed the "Welcome Back" event for 13 MFA Acting students and 6 faculty members.- Led weekly discussions for over 100 students in the "History of Musical Theatre" course, exploring the historical, moral, political, and contemporary implications of American Musical Theatre from the 1960s to the present. - Connected students with industry professionals through engaging masterclasses and Q&A sessions. - Served as Assistant to the Head of Undergraduate Acting, where I helped build a scene and monologue library for student audition preparation and substitute taught Intro to Acting courses.

-Actively participated in and facilitated student engagement programs coordinated by Graduate and Family Housing, such as the Finals Week De-Stress Event, wherein we supplied students with tactile stress reduction activities to improve health and morale.-Walked through the assigned area of 80+ housing complexes weekly to observe and report any areas of concern or potential safety concerns.-Responded to calls during non-office hours, performed intake, advised the caller, and initiated appropriate follow-up or promptly reported to the supervisor any individual or community situations that demanded immediate action or intervention.

• Supported international cross-cultural dialect training by assisting Andrea Caban and Phil Thompson, Knight-Thompson Speechwork (KTS) leaders, in the annual KTS three-week teacher certification program. • I assisted 10 teachers and 11 students from around the globe, participating in and providing technical support to 20 different dialect lessons by instructors from RADA, LAMDA, Shakespeare's Globe, and The National Institute of Dramatic Art (Australia), among others.

• Using the TagPacker system, I facilitated students' access to over 100 new and diverse plays across the library system of all University of California schools. • I also conducted training sessions for over 60 students on how to utilize TagPacker effectively, thereby enhancing their research and learning experience.

• Managed the calendar and correspondence for 20 Summer Acting Conservatory members and created dramaturgical show posters for community engagement.• Worked with a local high school students in theater games and participated in a Q&A panel for emerging artists. • Managed the Artistic Director’s calendar, took notes in weekly Core Staff meetings for the Artistic Director, General Manager, Production Manager, and the Arts Marketing Specialist.• Provided supplementary support to Company Management and House Management.
