My responsibilities:- Hire, train and schedule both referees and game day supervisors - Manage player conduct issues, prepare game sheets, maintain an open line of communication with staff and participants- Delivering a high quality, safe, inclusive and fun sport experience for all participants and staff.- Maintain regular game day presence- Host office hours- Evaluate league, staff, team and participants performance.

Junior Red Riders is an introductory camp for children ages 6-12, where I taught, in both French and English, the basics in dirt bike riding and safety. My main responsibilities as Team Lead included organizing and executing camp day programming, prepare and maintain the dirt bikes, plan advertising strategies as well as general customer service. I also was responsible for hiring and training our coaching staff.
