I started as a receptionist at Next Jump, and now run the Client Services team for Perks at Work. I am a member of our peer-nominated leadership team and equally responsible for the growth of the company's revenue and culture. I have helped grow our Boston office, the company's recruiting process, and serve as a coach to our emerging leaders. I am also a fierce competitor in our annual Interoffice Dance Battle and Halloween Costume Competition. Next Jump runs Perk at Work, a suite of tools for companies to increase employee engagement. The e-commerce marketplace that I work on is an employee discount and rewards platform. I am proud to say it funds our ability to provide Perks at Work for free, and fuel our mission to change workplace culture. We generated $2.5B in sales last year, helping consumers make smarter buying decisions, from re-ordering diapers to buying a new car. We engage employees, develop trust, grow merchant partnerships, and drive revenue. Next Jump is one of three organizations in the world described as a Deliberately Developmental Organization. This means that we grow our employees at every level, with purpose, both professionally and personally. We have a systematic practice of exposing and working on our weaknesses and using them for opportunities of growth. I have the opportunity to fail and learn from mistakes, and train my judgement on a daily basis. I am also responsible for creating this same environment for my team, and those around me. As we improve ourselves, our business improves.I am a proud graduate of UCSD, studied abroad at the University of Nottingham, and worked in London for a non-profit before joining Next Jump.
