I work on the Global Learning & Leadership Development team at Avanade, an Accenture subsidiary and Microsoft-preferred partner. Our Global Learning & Leadership Development vision is to unlock limitless learning through inspirational learning experiences. To do this, we focus on three areas: experience, engagement and our learning ecosystem. By doing this, we expect to build a strong learning culture provide our people with better career opportunities, and ultimately contribute to positive business growth.How do I fit into this vision in my role as the lead of learning operations? I make this vision a reality by leading my team of 20+ employees to deliver our global training programs across our global business. I use my system-minded approach to drive critical process improvements and designs solutions to effectively leverage our systems and tools. As part of this work, I stood up a sprint cycle using Azure DevOps to define requirements for learning operations reporting and redefined our learning communication strategy utilizing key communication channels to keep learning stakeholders and learners informed.

- Standardized learning vendor procurement process to reduce critical delays and improve partnerships with key learning vendors - Designed and launched a vendor onboarding request process and prioritization matrix to holistically evaluate and increase quality of vendor partnerships- Managed critical contracting and financials with vendors, stakeholders, and team members for our multi-million dollar learning budget- Operated as a liaison for client-facing executives to up-skill their teams in order to increase critical staffing metrics
