In this evolved role, I ideate and drive the success of strategic marketing and communication efforts to support sales opportunities, product introductions, and trade show appearances for the operations and maintenance (O&M) and customer financing teams. By utilizing my expertise in Account-based Marketing to craft core service delivery processes and expectations, I support operational goals. Additionally, I identify and evaluate metrics for marketing success, while evaluating performance and impact.* My efforts led go-to-market strategies for new product development, including key message and content creation and design, journey mapping, sales enablement materials, and channel marketing * I supported B2B and B2C marketing strategies delivering $4M in revenues* I led event successes, exceeding engagement metrics while navigating budget restrictions, for trade shows including National Automobile Dealers Association and the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners

Through this role, I designed and deployed a comprehensive communication strategy with marketing support activities to meet the immediate and scalable needs of a start-up organization. My work also created investor materials that were crucial to the organization’s acquisition by Enphase Energy in 2021.* I improved overall content quality and appearance, being recognized by Enphase as a value point in the investigation phase* I co-wrote and supported guest booking for the EV Chat podcast, breaking down the fundamentals of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure to a diverse audience* By collaborating with executive leadership, I communicated organizational change in the face of acquisition, standing up a crisis communication plan and liaising with potential buyer entities

With this organization, I led in establishing the structure and function of the organization’s media relations and public affairs strategy across a membership network of 200+ hospitals. Additionally, I engaged as the Associational Spokesperson by pitching, responding to, and sourcing media for a range of trade outlets. My role drove brand storytelling through blogs, subject matter expert engagement, editorial direction, and social media deployment. I coordinated communications across members, stakeholders, legislative offices, and allied organizations to build awareness on central issues. I, also, collaborated with media outlets including the New York Times, CNN, the Washington Post, and NPR. My work provided media interview coaching to enhance message clarity, presentation, and cohesiveness.* I partnered with the Pennsylvania’s Department of Health to serve as the hospital community’s public information officer during the COVID-19 pandemic by employing a robust crisis communication plan to guide health care best practice messaging strategies* I drove positive impact points related to hospital employee service during the pandemic through a strategic PR and legislative advocacy plan* I collaborated with an outside vendor to enrich an advocacy/social media community of 200K, creating and distributing video, multimedia, and photo content in alignment with media relationship strategies* I supported media content related to federal advocacy, state advocacy, mergers and acquisitions, and economic impact of hospitals

In this newly formed role, I led the creation and execution of a comprehensive, integrated social media strategy for the Senate of Pennsylvania Democratic Caucus and community management of caucus social media accounts.
