Willowglen has a global customer base and is chiefly involved in the oil and gas, pipelines, water distribution, electricity distribution, and metro-rail sectors – in locations including North America, South America, Asia, and the Middle East.As a business analyst at Willowglen Systems, I interface between clients, project managers and project teams. My responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Identifying problems or opportunities and contributing to business case development/quotation• Business analysis planning and developing configuration specifications for projects• Conducting stakeholder analysis• Performing requirement elicitation and analysis• Identifying, analyzing and managing solution risks• Writing reports and presentations and presenting them• Evaluating alternate solutions• Ensureing solutions meet business needs and requirements
