I help organisations, or rather the people that work for organisations, to design impactful and effective content and communications.I’m open to new ways to help good people and good teams to do this and I love nothing more than getting my head around a new industry, a new brief and a new challenge.I’m curious and I listen - to the people I’m working with and to their audiences - in order to design content that has impact.I'm learning, from those around me and from those leading the way.
