Recruited 15 team members and established an executive board to better lead the team collectively. Competed in 3 regattas in the Fall of 2021 and are now formally recognized by the Intercollegiate College Sailing Association.

During this immersive experience, I delved into various facets of business, honing my skills in reaching and engaging Walser's audience across diverse online platforms. This role also presented me with the exciting opportunity to organize events and visit multiple dealership locations throughout Minnesota.I was thrilled to be part of the Walser team, and this experience solidified my commitment to contributing to the organization's success. Responsible for coaching students of the ages 14-18. While coaching, I aim to teach all levels of C420, Laser, and Optimus racing skills. Daily, I lead and conduct practices and lectures. Alongside teaching I manage the safety and well being of my students. This role also includes out of state and instate regatta coaching and travel management. Alongside daily coaching, I also help Market Wayzata Sailing via word of mouth and social media.

Responsible for the safety and well being of 20 young sailors from ages 10-14. Lead and organized lesson plans for on and off the water and lead lectures about wind and how to sail while appealing to all types of learners in order to maximize their comprehension.
