Ownership and impact are my jam - I am comfortable and thrive in a space where I can own a project from start to finish. I enjoy having eager collaborators and am well-versed in delegation. That said, I also recognize partners who are stronger than I in certain areas and am excited to share responsibility to drive the most impact in the projects I am involved with. 5. People are my passion - Nothing brings me more joy and fulfillment than partnering with people. I am better when I can listen, learn, and understand the perspectives of people around me. I lead with empathy and am motivated by creating an environment where folks from all backgrounds feel the utmost psychological safety and are thriving professionally.
