∙ Received early promotion to a new hybrid role as the first full time Sourcer for FullStory, tasked with researching, designing, and implementing a company-wide events strategy for 2020.∙ Recognized by the CTO and Director of Recruiting for exceeding sourcing goals in Q1, sourcing 4 engineering hires (3 female, 1 underrepresented), only 38% of the way through the quarter with 2 more offers pending before the initiation of a company-wide hiring freeze due to COVID-19.∙ Partnered with the Director of Recruiting and Recruiting Ops Lead to lay the foundation for Recruiting Programs and Talent Brand initiatives, driving cross-functional relationships with Marketing and Design to support all materials needed for conferences and events.∙ Launched the first Talent Brand demand generation campaign after researching creative specs, securing budget, and proactively seeking mentorship from marketing for a successful trial.

∙ Brought onboard as the first Recruiting Coordinator for FullStory and played a vital role in establishing the end-to-end interview logistics for all of Engineering to achieve headcount goals.∙ Specialized in creating a high-touch candidate experience, immediately reducing the number of days spent in stages of the interview process by 44% for the entire Engineering organization.∙ Partnered with the Engineering Operations team (Bionic Ops) to create an automated scheduling tool by funneling Greenhouse data into Slack queues, reducing manual work for scheduling interviews and saving an average of 58 hours of coordination per every 100 candidates.∙ Demonstrated early success in sourcing and events during peak hiring cycles in Q3 2019 by sourcing 2 technical hires in the first two months of sourcing, then by planning and hosting an Investor Event which resulted in 20+ potential candidates in attendance.

● Project manage a wish caseload of 75+ wishes per year which includes over 50% of the chapter’s Spanish-speaking wishes.● Planning all logistical elements of a wish and coordinating volunteers.● Managed Make-A-Wish Georgia Internship Program for 1 year, including recruitment, development of training and onboarding curriculum, and overseeing of interns. ● Executing Wish Events including budgeting, managing vendor and volunteer relationships, logistical planning, and creative thinking.● Responsible for troubleshooting complications faced during the wish granting process while maintaining a high level of customer service. ● Serve as relationship builder with National Celebrity Team as well as local celebrities and vendors.● Coordinate Adopt-A-Wish Program, responsible for identifying ideal families and arranging logistics.● Creating budgets for each wish and determining ways to undercut costs.● Focused on netting in-kind donations through identifying priority vendors and partners.
